"Tim Ballinger was the person who came to exterminate bed bugs for my brother's house. He was courteous, friendly, professional & he was knowledgeable about his business. He was patient with my brother even though my brother didn't fully carry out all of Tim's instructions. We would highly recommend Freedom Pest Control and specifically Awesome Tim. If a person has to have bed bugs it's good to know there is a company out there like Freedom Pest Control who hire people like Tim."

"We have known Evan for 5 years and his business is professional and he understand ecology and how to preserve nice bugs (like bees). His customer service is great, we had him come back after spotting another type of bug and he was kind and quick to get us on schedule and treat the carpenter ants fast! He also spotted some other places around house that had hornets and took care of that. The mosquito spray has made our out door space liveable at the lake."

"We were unable to get rid of a ground nest of bees in our own. Mosquito Sheriff, Fort Wayne, IN came to the rescue and within 30 minutes had uncovered the full nest and resolved our problem. Professional, interactive and knowledgeable. Will hire again for any future pest issues."

"I was absolutely delighted. They contacted me immediately, came the very next day on time with notification when they were close. Devin was friendly and professional, knowledgeable and very competent. He listened to my concerns first and then explained how each thing he was going to do would work to help. He gets a 10 from me and I will ask for him each time. I have already noticed results and am so pleased."

"But on the expensive side but quick to respond and resolve."

"Seemed knowledgeable about my bug troubles. Nice and friendly also."

"Ted just came out yesterday so I guess I dont know yet if what they do works but I can give this high rating just based on great customer service and professionalism. Ted gave me a quote over the phone for their services and we chose the 4 times a year plan. This seemed very economical to us and since I hate any bugs in my house well worth any price. Ted then came out on the day he said he would and did the spraying. Had a good conversation with him via text about what to expect and what he would do if we didnt see an improvement. I like hiring people that stand behind their product and do their job with professionalism. I dont think you can go wrong going with Liberty!"

"they came out the day I called them and did the work and I haven't seen anymore bugs so I was very happy."

"They do our pest control. Whole service package for my home. Pet-safe stuff inside, and exterior chemical treatment. We checked around and they had the best price. They are great to work with, I have already recommended them."
