"We started in September, he said he'd have it done by Christmas and he did.  He brought in good workers but with his ideas he comes up with great idea.  He said he'd probably change our mind on some things and he did.  It's an older home and in the living room you could see it was wall paper over center blocks.  On one wall he suggested we make it a brick wall, I loved it and we did it.  It is is awesome looking.  He put lighting up that focuses on that wall.  They redid the beams that were in the living room, they are wood and they are gorgeous now.  I loved it from day one and he was so easy to work with.  He said he was very budget conscious and he really was.  He would take us shopping to help us pick out things.  When I picked out something too expensive he would help me find something that looked just as great but fit our budget more.  I can not speak highly enough of him.  The people he brought in, like the electricians said they would lock up the house for me and they did.  They left the light on for me the day the time changed because it would be dark when we got back home.  They were good people and we stayed here in our master bedroom while the work was on going so it's good they locked up.  What little things came up Ron would just iron them out.  I've always heard horror stories and our experience didn't turn out that way. We know some people who used him and are just as pleased.  I'd use them again in a skinny minute."

"This is an upgraded review after an initial 2-star grading. Responsive customer service to issues with the purchase itself made all the difference and allowed me to keep an open mind as I continued into the installation process. Overall, other than a few "they could do this better" items, the quality, the accuracy, the value, the helpful support team, and the easy installation of my 7 motorized solar shades all point to 5 stars. We followed the measuring instructions carefully and received shades that fit each space exactly as I expected. Installation itself was easier than traditional shades using the solid brackets they provided. Questions I had during installation were answered promptly through Chat. The remote control was a bit of a challenge, so be patient if you bought a multi-channel one and have lots of shades in your room. And for some reason they don't tell you this, but you must have a remote for your motorized shades. The app alone isn't enough. Our only minor gripe is that determining how solar shades look at night was just a game of inference. It would be very helpful to have an online tool available to create your own scene, which includes shade color, indoor or outdoor, and time of day. Even samples don't help much more. Still, I'll return to them when it's time to take care of other rooms. We did this project for 2 to 3 thousand dollars less than big box store quoted us. It was a cinch."

We saw Palace of Glass product at one of our local glass shop on display and got fascinated by this innovative product. We end up doing 3 exterior window in the bathroom and some interior doors with the matching design.
