"We discovered a plumbing leak and the crawl space was flooded. This had obviously been leaking for an unknown period of time due to the plumbing problem. We never had water in the crawl space before. We noticed suspicious mold substance in the rafters and knew we needed to act quickly. We contacted 58 Foundations to evaluate and quote to correct/repair all issues. They inspected and confirmed they could help and that we did have Mold and developed a price quote for the repairs and perform Mold Remediation Services. We signed the contract to move forward asap. They scheduled the work to begin in the next few days. The original contract we signed, detailed the work that needed to be done for a total contract price of $22,011.00. We were notified the afternoon before the work was to begin that they failed to include $4,694.50 in their price breakdown and sent us a revision of $26,564.57. Mold Remediation: We were told a professional crew was to perform the remediation services with proper equipment and protection. Instead, the crew there doing all the other work did it and used no protective clothing, masks, gloves or equipment. They had rags, chemicals and spray bottles. I asked about the Mold crew that was supposed to do this and he said they were not available so his crew did the work. Numerous areas were left undone and when I pointed those areas out, they went back in to treat the areas. Installed a steel stabilizer to replace a wooden support. After installation, the front door had gaps and was sticking and is still sticking. Many other mistakes were made during the work, that I had to bring to their attention to correct/complete. At no time has management shown interest during and after completion of the job and to this date. Upon completion, the tech asked for the check for balance due. We had written it for the balance due of $22,026.022 and he said it was too much that it was only $17,472.65. It took 4 phone conversations with his office to determine the exact balance of the contract Our original contract was $22,011.00 – their revised contract was $26,564.57. At the time of final payment their total was still off by $100.00."

My local company wanted to charge me for individual testing of all the things Environmental was charging me a flat fee for. With my local company I was well over $600 to cover the same testing Environmental was doing for around $200. They sent me the bottles to ship my liquid in and provided me with a free shipping container to send back to them. I didn't have to pay the return postage. I think the entire transaction from placement on Angies List to a report in my hand was about a week or week and a half. I called the number they gave to have someone go over my report with me, which was great. We did have to mitigate a few issues based on the report. Overall, I am completely satisfied and will probably used them on a  yearly basis or so for our well testing. <br />"

"The contractor removed one tank containing filtering media the added a larger one with a media that was sufficient for the iron content that had to be removed.  He further adjusted the system and corrected the water flow and backwash cycle.   Other tanks were cleaned along with the flow valve for proper functioning. The contractor was in and out in four hours using two workers that were both polite and competent. Everything was cleaned up and was left in better shape than when they arrived. From the time they put the new system on line our water has been perfect.  We are so happy after several contractors worked on our system for 10 years and none of them has gotten it right. <br /> WE RECOMMEND THIS CONTRACTOR TO ANYONE WITH BAD DRINKING WATER!"

"They build small portable water well rigs. We purchased one over a year ago but only recently got to use it. The rig works as intended, however the drill stem pipe we purchased with it was not welded properly and it broke loose in the well we were drilling. We lost 5 joints of pipe and the bit. After calling to ask them to replace it, I got no response? I included a pic that showed the weld had not burned in. Very sad I did not expect to be treated that way. "<p><br /></p> <p>     </p> <p>Called first on  March 2nd.  Bruce said he would be there within an hour, and he was on time.  Gave me an estimate of 700.00 including the new heater.  told him I would call him back after I checked prices of others.  He was okay with that, so when I was done checking his install price was less than I could buy a quality water heater and install it.</p> <p>I call him on the 3rd </p> <p> and he said he would be there in the morning approx. 9am.  At 910am his truck arrived, and they went to work. he removed the busted unit and installed the new one, added a better shutoff valve and ensured everything was to 'code'.  When finished they did a through cleanup of the area,  including taking the old unit with them.  He went over the operation and safety features of the new unit.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>workman were efficient, friendly and made the experience a pleasant one.  I would highly recommend them to anyone and most definitely use them again.</p> <br />"
