"The crew did a great job. They came while I was at work and thoroughly cleaned the deck (power washer, wood cleaner/brightener). They even took the time to clean under the deck (it's on a 2nd story). It took them several hours, but they got the job done. This deck is over 600 square feet with many railing spindles. The next week, they came back to stain everything. They called a couple of times during each process to check in with me, which I appreciated. I appreciated that they covered everything with tarps to make sure my house siding and garage door did not get messed up. This crew even carefully removed (and then re-installed) my existing lattice work so they could stain the vertical posts. I couldn't believe believe they were that thorough. I greatly appreciated them taking such pride in a job well done. They were polite, professional and cleaned up everything. I'd definitely recommend this company. The finished deck looks great!"

"I called Ace Fence and spoke with Doug the owner on Wednesday. He asked me to text him photos of the fence and would quote me right over the phone, which he did! He called back and said he would be able to come the next day to fix the gate, which he did! He came Thursday and repaired the fence to our gate within an hour! He was very easy to work with and would highly recommend him & his team!"

"Jon Miller first checked out the job & gave me an estimate.  He worked a good part of the day. He repaired the fence including replacing some wire, and setting a new post in concrete by the gate. the gate now closes properly without any problems.

  Later he worked on putting new insulation in crawl space. He came back next day to finish.

"The job presented many challenges to the team. It rained a lot and they hit limestone while setting the piers. So it went a bit longer than anticipated but the quality of the workmanship is evident. We do plan to get a home inspection in the spring to verify everything went well. The guys who came to do the work were courteous and respectful of us and our property. We will definitely recommend them for pier installation and foundation repairs."

"Personnel arrived at the scheduled time.  I had a list of jobs prepared and walked through the house with them.  Began work immediately.  I do not have knowledge of what materials may be needed to complete a specific repair.  Therefore, I was relieved when the repair man offered to go to Lowe's and pick up those supplies. We paid for those supplies in addition to the cost of Angie's List Deal previously purchased.  However, we expected that.  Workers did not exceed the time limit and cleaned up after themselves upon completion of work.

"Mr. Bill Schwenzer and his brother, Tom, demolished the bathtub area, removed the tile floor, installed new sub floor, removed the vanity top, raised the vanity a few inches, installed 12"x24" tiles in tub area with a niche, installed 18"x18" tiles on the floor, installed new baseboards and shoe mold, organized plumber for installation of  new tub, toilet, sink and shower faucets.  Bill and Tom always prompt and efficient.  We had a few challenges with the location and size of the niche because of some electrical wires in the wall, but it worked out well after all.  They were very meticulous in their work, cleaned up after themselves, and especially wanted to be sure we were satisfied AND happy with the job.  Not only were they polite and friendly with us (and the family dog), they were also polite and friendly with each other.  They are trustworthy and honest gentlemen, which is hard to find these days.   Everything is GREAT!

"Excellent experience. Rodney came out and explained options to me how I could repair my current room on my own. He explained their year round room and took me through the products they use. I did my own research after he left and I am convinced they use the best products in town. His estimate for a year round came in $7000 than another company's quote. I was impressed he spent the time telling me how I could fix my room, that would not involve using his company. The only reason we did not go ahead with the work is that we are saving up for it in another year or so."
