If you want a professional, knowledgeable - "no pressure-take the time you need to decide" sales process….quality work done, excellent communication, and prompt follow up ensuring everything is done to your satisfaction -- then hire Tom Pantzer/JD Hostetter. My wife was home with our 3 kids while the installation was done over the course of a week, and she was very comfortable with the crew. His site foreman Tony genuinely cared about getting the job done right, and had a great working relationship with his crew. They worked hard and didn't waste time. I also know why Tom wasn't the cheapest. The cheapest guys we talked with seemed to care most about "we do more jobs than anyone and get them done fast..." Tom wasn't the most expensive either - he was fair and honest from start to finish. Bottom line - you get what you pay for. Nobody likes spending thousands of dollars on siding, but we feel relieved we won’t be spending thousands more to fix shoddy work down the road. We found/called Tom only because of his great reviews on Angie's List, and are glad we did."

"It went very well. Rob explained all of the procedures and everything went as planned. He helped all along the way with filing an insurance claim so that I just had to meet my deductible. Rob helped me pick the color and type of shingle. I am very pleased with the results. There was no damage to my landscape or property during the process. Rob was very particular about picking up any leftover debris or nails upon completion. The roof looks great!"

"We purchased this home about 10 months ago. Just under a year ago, All American did a full new roof installation (home seller left the receipt for us). When evidence of a leak developed from a pipe/vent boot, I called Brad the owner and explained the situation, especially given that the roof and vent boots had been installed less than a year ago. It turns out this particular vent boot had been replaced by another vendor after the roof installation (for reasons unknown, prior to our purchase). Knowing this, Brad sent a worker to make the repair (new boot and shingle sheet) even though they were NOT responsible for the inadequate install of the prior boot. We are very impressed and grateful for this unexpected level of customer service. We will do all we can to encourage people to have their roofing needs handled by Brad and All American Restoration. "The fiberglass shingles and gutters with screens used by ADHI to replace materials on my home due to hail damage are upgrades with extended warranties. Scott was extremely helpful when communicating with my insurance company. He even came to my home to meet with the claim handler. When I had a question or concern, Scott was prompt in his response by phone or text. Brittany, the office contact was also helpful, pleasant and prompt. I am pleased with the service, product and workmanship of ADHI."

"Because of numerous trees and some late-dropping trees we needed to hold off doing a final gutter cleaning until quite late in the fall. House Mechanics had to tailor their visit around our needs and late fall rainy days so by the time they came many of the leaves were  frozen to the bottom of the gutter.  They scraped them away, removed roof debris and bagged the gutter debris. Other gutter cleaners just blow the leaves off the roof and leave the leaf debris on the ground and even that limited service is a good deal at $89.00, but House Mechanics went way beyond that!
