"Very thorough and very complete examination and inspection. Had another company out to tell me I needed to replace Furnance or spent $ 3,000 on repairs. So I got other opinions. Of four other companies the other three said Furnance was good and gave me pricing to replace should I consider replacing in next few years. LB found furnace control board and thermostat were not in sync due to bad Thermostat. Replaced thermostat for less than big box price. And replaced control board for 40% less than other quote. I also Purchased Furnance Air purifier which it is working great. LB Checked back to verify everything was in good shape and working properly after installation. Very competitive pricing. Best quote for Furnance work."

We were still waiting on Day 6 (the Monday after Christmas) & that company was closed. E&M fixed the problem quickly AND even went up on the roof to clear the snow out of the flue. "I contacted Service Plus/Hope Plumbing on a Friday around 4 p.m. after the gas company shut off service due to a leak, leaving my tenant without heat. They charged a $675 diagnostic fee (which they later offered to remove) and quoted $2,130 for repairs, promising the total would be no more than that. After more than eight hours on-site, they said all leaks were fixed and the line was holding pressure. An hour later, the gas company retested the line and it failed. Despite repeated calls, no one returned until Monday at 11 a.m., nearly 40 hours later. The new technician said the home needed a full re-pipe for an additional $1,500 and told us the account would go to collections if we didn?t pay for the failed repair. He also asked my tenant if she wanted the gas turned back on despite an active leak. I hired Absolute Comfort, who found and fixed the real issue in under 30 minutes for $650. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend them."
