"They did a great job! Everyone that I contacted with the company during my experience was helpful and polite. They installed a new HVAC (furnace downstairs and a/c outside) and a hot water heater in a 135 year old house which is a challenge, but faced it no problem. When they offered suggestions to make the system run better by adding additional cold air returns, they really worked with me to make sure that I was happy with placement and the finished product.....I mean who wants extra unattractive vents in the floor?? but they really made it look great! They were my lowest bid of 6 others selected from Angie's List/Lowe's and Home Depot and when the work was done it was right on bid not a cent more! I would definitely do business with them again my new systems are running great and the house feels very comfortable now. "Originally I called for a diagnostic of my AC unit, which was doing a terrible job cooling my house. Nikita did the diagnostic-turns out the coolant was leaking, a coil needed to be replaced, and not to mention the thing was from the 1990's. We decided to replace and upgrade it, as well as our furnace, since we froze last winter (turns out it was badly rusted on the inside and emitting CO into the house, which NO ONE found last winter (had it looked at by 4 different people and everyone said there was nothing wrong except that the BTU's were too small for the size of the house). Roy was so awesome, because even though they couldn't schedule us for the next 3 weeks, he made sure we stayed cool-he filled up the coolant and came over to the house a couple times when the AC stopped working. I will be keeping him as our heating and cooling guy!"

"Contacted Hope Plumbing on a Monday morning and they were able to provide the estimate and installation the same day. Ryan was friendly and professional. Our water heater was under warranty so he was able to pick up a replacement using the authorization code from the water heater company. GmWe are glad to have hot water again!"

"Contacted Dan Dugan for an estimate on a new installation. Old unit had been running with bandaids for a couple years and was beyond its life expectancy.
While I was sticker shocked at the price, I found out these heat pump systems are much more complex than a standard gas furnace. I also price compared and found this price to be within the customary range with installation.
 Dugan (Bryant) offers a hard to beat 60 mo. Zero % interest financing through wells fargo Bank. Why use my own money?
Installation went down without a hitch. While this was my sons home, I sort of managed the project as he works a lot of hours. He basically let the installers in and do their thing while he went to work, so no inconvenience on either of our parts.
Installers were in and out same day, left no mess and everything runs great!

"Our heat pump needed to be replaced and our furnace wasn't as efficient as it could have been so we decided to replace it all. After a consultation Bassett recommended a system for our house that included a furnace and standard air conditioner. We also had zones in our house but because we have an open stairway (in a not that big house) they also recommended doing away with the zones. We went with the recommendation and that first winter (last year) our house was so cold in the winter months. We were told that by letting the fan circulate all the time it would eliminate cold spots. What we didn't realize is that they never inspected or evaluated our current ductwork. It is undulated and as a result the air that circulates is always cold. The upstairs is cold and without a quartz heater in our family room, it too would be cold. We called them back to check and we were told that it seemed to be working fine. Putting a thermometer in the register said that there was heat. Later, in this summer my husband talked to them again anticipating this winter. We were told we might want to go back to having zones. It would only cost us another $1,000 or so to make that change. 

As for installation, that was done very professionally and neatly. They were prompt and polite. I would say to do your own research before Bassett ever comes and be prepared to make a decision based on that rather than what they may recommend. If I could figure out how to put that old furnace back in, I sure would. It worked much better for winter heat than this one does."

"Steve was very easy to contact to make the appointment. He called to tell me he was on his way and showed up when he said he would. He did a thorough check of our air conditioning system and let us know we needed new dampers and a control board. I was so impressed by Steve's customer service that I signed up for Steve's annual service agreement. Rest assured, I will not be calling another contractor for HVAC needs. Steve has earned a lifetime customer."

"Great experience! We had a bad backup late last year from our sewer and it was recommended we have it looked at in the spring. Jimmy the owner came out personally and snaked the line and identified two places with issues. Within a couple days they had dug up our sewer line and fixed the problem - getting the grading the way it needed to be - and apparently should have been built originally and the builder neglected to perform the job up to code! They are also set to replace our HVAC soon as it needed to be moved in part of the excavation process and our old one was ready to be replaced anyway. Highly recommend!"
