"<p>I contacted Jen to discuss the feedback we were getting with regard to our home to see if she could assist.  She promptly set up a time to come to our home (even though she was very busy with the upcoming home show, she made time to see us before it started, and I greatly appreciated it!!)  </p> <p>Jen met with us, and we discussed the feedback and the rooms that we felt needed addressed.  We had already decluttered and depersonalized, so our issue was to work with the space we had.  We have one bedroom that is small, and the feedback indicated it was the reason the home wasn't selling.  She went room by room, photographed the areas and made suggestions.  She had us rearrange our own furniture, remove a couple larger items and then pinpointed some other areas where we could make the home look better. She gave us suggestions during the initial meeting, and photographed rooms so she could provide us with a report on how to better adjust what we had.  I appreciated that, as I didn't want to spend a ton of money on unnecessary items. </p> <p>We did end up purchasing some new items (but it wasn't required, we just thought it would be nice to have for our new home, and to make this look better).  She gave us ideas and once we got started, it made a tremendous improvement once everything was complete. I was thrilled with Jen, and I am very pleased with the result of how much nicer our home looks. We just finished everything this week and we have an open house set for tomorrow.  <br /> <br /></p> <p>I must say that I was very reluctant to contact anyone, but someone suggested it to me because our house had been on the market since November.  I thought it would be terribly expensive, but it wasn't. "Gregg's people skills are outstanding, so first he gets a feel for what your tastes and likes and dislikes are, then draws up a plan.  He is an artist himself, so often sketches what he wants an area or focal point to look like, using what he has heard you say, and then sending the sketches.  Gregg has a very gregarious and open style, taking no offense when you want to modify or change something in his plan, and makes the necessary changes.  He is as comfortable when we said rather vaguely, "we want a simple look, contemporary, but with crisp and clean colors as he was when we wanted more specificity, i.e. "we want twigs and branches in every room, but no brown or tan colors."  Gregg made our mantel "pop", our hallway inviting and helped assemble a number of pieces that we bought.  We loved that he took items that meant something to us and worked them into the decor.  For example, he took our children's art, my husband's arrowheads, and placemats from our trip to Peru and designed spaces for each of these. In the case of the Peruvian placements Gregg ended up creating a focal point in our family room on one of the main walls, folding and mounting them on seagrass with twine.  <br /> <br />   We are asking Gregg to come back, yet a third time to help us do some holiday decorating in a couple of the interior spaces. We know that when the project is done, Gregg will be as excited about the changes that have been made as we are.  He is outstanding!"

"Daniel and his crew did an exceptional job for my family. My move was complicated and involved stages. Daniel’s all female packing crew was excellent. They were efficient and extremely careful. They packed fine artwork, antiques , crystal and china. Studley moving worked long hours to complete the job in a timely manner. My possessions were crated and meticulously stored in a prestine and organized storage facility. His equipment and pads were neat and clean unlike others I have moved with..... Daniel manages his team expertly and is extremely hands on. Other friends have been promised storage by movers which resulted in their items being placed in a road side unit. Mine were crated and stored in a professional manor. Daniel stuck to his up front contract unlike other movers with hidden add-on costs. This is my third move with Studley moving. He has since moved my best friend and parents which were both seemless and proficiently executed. Thank you to Daniel and his crew for making a stressful time pleasant and easy. I’m grateful."
