Justin, our tech, was there 40 minutes early (when does that happen) he got the one fireplace that was DOA back in service both of them, in a fast, friendly, and professional manner. He found a gas leak in one and fixed that too. He suggested that we could save money on heating if we added blowers to both units, then the heat would circulate the room rather than go up the chimney Sounded good to me, so I had him install them in both fireplaces, looking forward to the room being warmer from now on, and it should save on my heating bills.
