We paid a $15,000 deposit on May 22, 2025, based on a contract that lacked clear timelines, detailed deliverables, and payment protections. From the start, the sales process included persistent upselling of higher-cost materials and add-ons, often without providing clear cost breakdowns. Appointments were repeatedly rescheduled, and some statements made during the sales process were later contradicted. By July, our main point of contact had left the company, and no work had begun. Public records revealed that the individual representing the business publicly is not the licensed contractor of record. The license holder and company manager appear to be a different individual sharing the same residential address, raising concerns about who is actually running the operation. The project morphed from a kitchen project to the whole house mostly on our request. Kamran and crew rolled with it and finished on time His guidance on quality of materials and adjustments was exceptional and when they ran into an issue they notified us and figured out a way to make it work. Our project included a new kitchen and island, removal of a wall, all new floors and carpet, new lighting throughout the house, renovate three bathrooms, new garage cabinets and floor, an RO system and a new breaker box. "My advice for anyone looking at Pelleco: 1. During your walk through, check to see if the design ideas are being written down by the contractor. 2. Do not let construction start until you have your approved design plans / drawings in hand and have personally inspected cabinets (and other elements) in-person prior to installation. 3. Check to insure that sub-contractors are licensed. 4. Be aware that YOU need to contact inspectors to inspect the work, Pelleco will not do that for you. 5. Safety items: Tile floors can contain cancer causing materials. You need to ensure your home is ventilated with an industrial fan during demolition. 6. A few other notes: A) Pelleco does not use a dumpster. Your home is the dumpster, until they can pick up the garbage. B) A portable outhouse will not be provided by Pelleco. C) You will have to inspect the work and notify Pelleco if something is done incorrectly or missed completely--there is very little inspection of work completed. D) Floors will not be leveled unless you specifically require that before the project begins. E. Workmanship requirements, as listed in ROC are unknown by the contractor and will not be managed to ensure a high-quality installation. F. Pelleco told me repeatedly that I expected perfection. I didn't expect perfection, but I did expect the work to be done correctly. I think anyone can see, from the attached photos, that this job was far from perfect. G. Expect to be asked for payment prior to the completion of each phase and the completion of the work overall. Don't fall for this as it will leave you with little leverage to ensure your job is completed and completed correctly. Our job was not completed and warranty items were left to me to repair."

This ~50 day long extreme remodeling project of our Master bathroom was nicely done with great details and at a very relaxed and convenient schedule. All the person involved in the project were always on time and very easy to with and they implemented out design concept and ideas with great details that matched our vision.
