"Very disapointed in this service. I was overcharged. First quote was $99.00 for an inspection and cleaning. I received no inspection because they never went on top of the roof. I asked if he cleaned to the chimney he said he did. He cleaned it by running a brush from the inside. I was not sure he did it right because he did used a smaller brush after I gave him the one my husband used to clean the chimney with from the top. I contacted them back to show him a photo my neighbor took and said the chimney cap needs to be replaced. He offered some kind of chimney cleaner for $174.00. I looked it up and that cost was for a large bucket not just a small jar. He came back and offered to put the chimney cap on for $400.00. When I looked it up the cap would of only been $200.00.put the cap on and told me the chimney was not cleaned and had a fire in it So I will be asking for a refund. If this guy is honest he will refund my money because the job was not completed. No inspection No clean "

"I had Mr. Blume come out to sweep my chimney on a wood stove that had been professionally installed a few years ago only for him to tell me the chimney support was not installed right and I needed to have it reworked and some other things done. He charge me a $125 service call and was going to get back to me with an estimate on what it would cost to do this. He never got back to me. I feel totally taken advantage of and ripped off!!!!!! I'm a widow on a fixed income which he knew."

"I cancelled a job I put a deposit of $10,826.95 down for because the sale of my home fell through. I cancelled on June 13th and I still haven't received my refund as of 8/19. We have reached out on 3 separate occasions. My wife and I have been told different stories by different people as to what happened, but not much of it is adding up. After holding our deposit for over two months the manager said-- "We cannot do anything more to compensate you." Apparently, it is being overnighted this evening. Sadly, my advice is to proceed with caution. I give 2-stars because they apparently still have the money to refund me, it could have been worse I suppose."

"Contacted A+ to have squirrel removed. We were not sure how many squirrels were up in our attic when we called. They came and set 2 humane traps on a Monday morning and 2 days later the squirrel was caught and they came to get the squirrel the day it was caught. They left the other trap set up. On Friday of that same week, they came and removed the 2nd trap that was still empty. They then sealed up all the locations where squirrels could possibly be getting in. Their office location is about an hour from our home but they took on the job and made the multiple trips to our home in one week to take care of our problem. We would definitely hire them again."
