There was a delay in materials which changed our install date. But we worked it out and I could not be happier. The flooring came out amazing and I would definitely hire them again!"

"We had vinyl flooring installed throughout our house. The crew removed the old carpet, baseboards and some tile. They installed new baseboard and flooring. Javier's crew did a FANTASTIC JOB! The price was very reasonable, and it was easy to communicate with Javier. We were told what time the crew would arrive and how long it would take to complete the work. After the flooring was installed, the crew cleaned up and didn't leave a mess on the floor. they are very friendly and nice. "Byron showed up on the agreed date / time to begin the work. He first helped me move the large furniture out of the room, and then he removed the existing carpeting and pad. After that, he prepared the concrete for the new flooring. Once the concrete was ready he installed the vapor barrier and then the insulation layer... and then the floor. Byron planned the layout so the wood patterns were optimal. To save me money, he was careful not to damage the existing molding. Lastly he installed the 1/4 round shoe base to cover any space between the existing molding and the floor. The final step was the install of the T-molding at the doorways. Byron's effort to provide an excellent outcome was very much appreciated. I am extremely happy with the outcome. He's a professional that takes pride in his work."

"I had a difficult job for Pacific Hardwood Floors. I have Brazilian Tigerwood Engineered Hardware Floors that had raised/curled. Homeowners Insurance would not cover the damage and said the floors could not be fixed (needed replacement). I called Pacific based on prior customer reviews/ratings. They did an amazing job. They were able to change out the damaged wood (10% of the total floor space), insert the new wood and make it look seamless. The installer (Less) was a master with over 20 years experience. I cannot express my gratitude for the job he did."

"My husband and I hired Drew to install bamboo flooring, wood stairs, and baseboards in our townhome in San Diego. Drew did an excellent job and we were very pleased with the final product. He clearly communicated with us when some aspects of the job ended up being more complex than initially expected. For example, our subfloor was extremely uneven and required a lot of work to level and it was also made of a material specific to townhomes, but Drew explained the situation and importance of prepping the floor appropriately, recommended a leveling product and executed the leveling very well. Additionally, the stair pieces that we ordered had a sheen that didn’t match the rest of the floor we ordered (note, we ordered the flooring on our own, not through Drew) so he sanded and recoated the stairs to match the rest of the flooring. Overall, I appreciated Drew’s attention to every detail of our project. He is precise, and even in closets and hidden areas his cuts were perfect. I would consider Drew a true craftsman and would not hesitate to recommend him or use him again."
