"Matt and his team with MNB Renovations did a 32 x 24 addition that was basically a home build from the ground up. I am still surprised for the size of this project how stress free the process was. Matt was very detailed and checked in on everything to make sure we were getting what we wanted. In the end he asked us to make a list of anything that needed to be addressed and there was absolutely nothing to mention. They did a perfect job, the quality of the work is amazing, and the entire team was very nice, professional, and trustworthy! I absolutely recommend this company to others and will definitely use them again in the future!"

That's what I did when hiring Fabiano Construction to build a triple-tiered flower bed on my rooftop with a trellis on my Philadelphia row-home rooftop. I was not disappointed. "Mitch was very communicative via email which was very helpful. The bill was itemized well so no hidden charges - very clear. He was very flexible throughout the project. The work was completed really well with great quality. We were a day behind (due to us not them) and Mitch could of pushed it to get it done that week but instead said 'i'd rather wait and come back and do it properly instead of rushing it through' - he did and it was worth it! Bob was his team mate and the two of them are very friendly and great workmanship! He even added on a couple of unrelated projects to the project for us and let us know costs. Also fixed a gas leak we didn't know we had! They were also very respectful of the property and took shoes off where they could and cleaned up very well after every day and cleaned up all rubbish from the back! I would high recommend them and I am almost annoyed we have no other projects for these guys!"

"We highly recommend John and On Call Contracting. We had an emergency situation with our well pump recently in the middle of one of the coldest weekends in January 2021. John answered the call, walking us through troubleshooting and eventually replacing the well pump. A very difficult job that required knowledge & ability in several different trades! This was during a pandemic, in the middle of a freezing cold snap and right before a major snow storm! John is amazing, mindful of safety and provides quality service! "Ronda came to us through our general contractor. She assisted us in selecting our cabinets, counter tops, hardware and tile. She met with us multiple times at our house to work through the cabinet design. And we met with her multiple times at her studio and the tile shop to select our counter top and tile. Always ready to help, she is knowledgeable and has innate design ability. More than that, she can explain her design choices, yet is willing to discuss alternatives and work through the design process in a collaborative manner, bringing many ideas to the table – or kitchen, as it were. She listens to her clients and was able to translate our ideas into a comprehensive design. Throughout the process Ronda worked with our contractor and with us to make certain everything came together as planned. While there were a number of minor snafus, she was always there to make certain issues were resolved and to keep the job moving ahead. Cabinets and counter tops are a significant portion of the remolding cost. Cabinet manufactures are not all that interested in dealing directly with the customer. Rather, they work through their distributors. We purchased our cabinets through Ronda who has a strong working relationship with the manufactures she deals with and can easily work out issues.
