"Rich, company owner, responded quickly to my request for an estimate and scheduled the evaluation for a few days later. His estimate was fair and more affordable than 2 other estimates I had previously gotten from other floor refinishing companies. We scheduled a date for the job to be done 2 weeks later. Rich was a good communicator & answered my questions I had leading up to the job, via emails/texts. Alex (contractor) actually did the floor refinishing, alone & he did a fabulous job refinishing our dining room, living room & 2 closets. The floors are old, white oak and now have new life breathed into them! A hole in one of the closet floors needed to be patched and he did that job very well too. Alex worked 8 hour days and left the house tidy & with as little dust as possible. The wood flooring in these areas had been hidden under some retro shag carpeting when we bought our home, and they appeared worn, dull and out-dated.
