"We bought their Big Deal; it was four hours of fixing work and I purchased it for my daughter who needed some little stuff done. She said he was great; he was very polite and went right down to work. She was very pleased. He charged extra on only some parts that she decided to upgrade when she had her sink fixed. The parts were not included in the Deal. They went to the store together and looked at the parts and she chose what she wanted and paid for the parts; that is only fair. The cost of the parts was maybe $100 or $200."
