"I recently purchased a house in Lansing. After purchase I noticed a musty smell and found that the roof was previously damaged. I reached out to 4 local Lansing contractors and 2 regional contractors. Of the six, only Elieff Brothers Roofing gave me a quote that was appropriate to the code for a low slope roof. On installation day we found that the previous roofing contractor had violated building code and used some unorthodox materials and methods and changed the scope of work to do my job right. Steve (one of the Elieff brothers) was on my roof immediately to figure out what was going on. Steve explained the situation, provided evidence of previous substandard work, went over all the options including cost and quality so that I could make an informed decision. With their many years in the business in Lansing, he was able to provide me with several options for insulation replacement, mold remediation contractors that he trusted. Steve and team were able to coordinate with the additional contractors to get my roof done .. and done right. I can't thank Steve, Rhett, DJ, Cooper and his awesome crew enough. This was basically the most stressful house nightmare I've ever had and these guys just kept telling me that it's nothing they hadn't seen before and it's going to be solid when they are done. These guys bent over backwards for me. The quality is top notch, their teams are well trained and get it done. Just amazing. You guys knocked it out of the park. I am so glad I chose Elieff Brothers Roofing. Even though this job turned out to be bigger than expected, had this been a standard roof and deck replacement this would have been easily the best price of all the local contractors. They had the honest price for the work they did. Again, they where the only company that quoted the job to meet building code requirements. These guys should be on your list of roofers to call, you won't be disappointed. I wish I could give six stars. They are that good at what they do. "Great from start to finish. Unlike some other bidders, there was no high-pressure salesmanship when we discussed the quote. There was some lag between signing the contract and starting the job but we were well informed ahead of time and project manager Jake Strank kept us in the loop about any schedule changes (there weren't many). The guys were above-and-beyond patient with kids and dogs hovering around the site. They finished the job when they said they would. The house looks beautiful. The quote originally sounded high but when I added it all up--2 or 3 guys per day x more than 2 weeks plus all the extras we wanted--it seemed more reasonable. Thanks Jake & crew! I hope you'll be available when I get around to replacing the rest of the windows and refinishing the porch."

"The project went well from start to finish. Everyone from Armstrong that we were in contact withe through the process was kind, very helpful and professional. We had to wait a bit before the project started due to the extensive damage from the storm in our area, but they made sure the exposed roof was protected. The materials were delivered along with a debris trailer a couple days before the crew started. Sue from Armstrong called and emailed the day the crew would begin and confirmed the day before. The crew arrived right on time at 7 a.m. There were several of them, each one knowing what to do. They began by moving some potted flowers and lounge chairs out of the way and placing large tarps around my house before the removal of the old roof. We were home all day, I can say those guys work very hard. There was no standing around or coffee breaks, they broke for about an hour at lunch time. My roof was complete that afternoon ( they estimated a day and a half), and was beautiful. I was expecting them to be in a big hurry to leave, but they made sure everything was cleaned up, not a single nail or a scrap of shingle on the ground. The placed my flower pots and chairs back where they found them just the way I had them. We were impressed and extremely happy!"
