"Built to Last Construction was recommended to me by a friend who had them remodel her kitchen. First I hired them to paint a steep stairway to the upstairs, along with the upstairs landing (built their own scaffolding) and install railings. Their work was very professional and I can't belief how good it looks! Next I had them completely remodeled the bathroom in coordination with a plumber and electrician. Tom and his wife Ann went shopping with me for bathroom fixtures but because the bathroom is so small nothing seemed like it was going to work out. Tom actually ended up building a linen cabinet, sink base and medicine cabinet with a lighted mirror to fit. The quality of the wood and workmanship is outstanding! I am also hiring them for other projects. They are always very thorough and kept me informed on all aspects of the projects. I recommended them to a friend who has had a hard time finding someone to update her deck. She will not be disappointed."

"The system works but does not hide well when installed in very historic homes (1848). We are trying to improve while maintaining historic integrity of home. We did not have a clear picture of how it would look in our home, before purchase. Emphasis has been on function, but with no consideration for beauty. System hides very well in new homes & works well. Crews were courteous; company pleasant; just lacks dedication to historic aesthetics. We would have liked to have known this.
