"I left a request online for having my area rugs cleaned. Feldpausch Services responded immediately and arranged to come for an inspection the next day. I was pleased to learn that they would take the rugs out to be cleaned and that would clean for odor if they found it necessary as I have 5 pets. They removed the six rugs before they left and took them with them which gave me a chance to get my oak floors properly cleaned. The rugs were removed on Tuesday and returned Thursday afternoon - the cleaning for pet odor was largely unnecessary. The workman put the two larger rugs in place as I felt I could handle the others. I was very happy to see that the oldest rug which I bought 14 years ago looked essentially new. All of the rugs were returned clean, in good condition and free of odor. "I scheduled an appointment with Kelly Cleaning Service to clean 1 rooms. I appreciate the reminder call the day before to confirm our appt. The service technician was friendly and did a great job. I had forgotten to tell him about a spot in the carpet and when I went back up to show him, he had already taken care of it! When he was finished he showed me each room and asked if it all looked okay. Carpets looked great! They called a few days after to make sure everything was okay and asked if I had any questions.
