They were extremely professional, explained what they were doing and even took a camera to inspect all of the equipment, showing me every step of the way. Unfortunately I had some cracks in the original Furnace (16yr old), and it would be too much to repair. They scheduled someone the next morning to come out and price an entire new system with Furnace, AC (also original), and Ductwork cleaning.
