They wanted to sell me a new boiler. I called another company who repaired the boiler with no problem and only charged $125.00. RCL was disorganized about sending a repair person, coming with proper parts, could not diagnose the problem correctly, tried to sell me expensive replacement that I did not need and seriously overcharges, and charges your card without your knowledge or permission."
