Our project included construction of a new porch, renovation of an existing porch, installation of new gutters, installation of new windows and the removal and replacement of siding. Jim was responsive to our questions and very helpful in the decision making process. We met with multiple contractors in planning this project and I don't believe we could have picked a better one than Jim and Beantown Home Improvements. We have plans for more projects in the future and plan to bring back Beantown for all of them."

"Matthew Amaru of R.J. Scalzi & Sons did our recent siding repair. He and his crew were friendly, respectful, and worked quickly. They were not the contractors who initially installed the siding on the building when it was built, but they pointed out errors the original contractors had made as they walked me through their own installation process to replace and repair damage siding. R.J. Scalzi & Sons has absolutely fair prices, and Matthew found siding that matched our building when another contractor had failed to do so. Thus far our replacement siding is holding up, and I have nothing but good things to say about Matthew and R.J. Scalzi and Sons. Definitely hire them for your next siding job. He also replaced a window for us; thus far, I have no complaints on the window either. A+ service."

"Bob is an incredibly kind, honest, and experienced contractor. Bob may honestly be the most refreshing professional Iâ ve worked with in a long time. We had a standard exterior door replaced including widening of jam. Bob and partner completed the job in no more than three hours. Whatâ s even more impressive is willingness to follow-up and respond to concerns or questions. We had a minor adjustment required due to recent heat and door expansion for which Bob happily stopped by to fix in short order. Most contractors seem to avoid any extraneous activity or conversation, but Bob is extremely customer focused. I am excited to work with this team again for our next project!"

"My first project with NMTI0Generation Construction (Tru Blue Construction) is complete; I have signed the contract for another, larger project. When I solicited quotes for my roof replacement (including new gutter installation and the reconstruction of my back steps and landing) I met with Project Manager Juan Carcamo. While every company that bid on my job seemed competent to do the work, I sensed that Juan and his company would be easy to work with. He listened to my concerns and ideas and explained how his company would handle them. Although his was not the lowest bid, I knew this was the best company for this job. I was not wrong! The professionalism of all the employees who worked on this project was amazing. Not only was each individual obviously skilled, they worked together as a very efficient team. There were two change orders to the project. These did not come as a surprise as Juan made sure I was fully informed as the job progressed.One change order was an upgrade in materials for the steps and landing. By the time the old roof had been removed I had decided that I would stay with this companyfor my next job, new siding and windows for the entire house. The second change order was to have the carpenters already on the job installs the rakes prelijminary to the siding job. I've been excited about every aspect of this project so far, but the actual roof installation was amazing! The crew od seven plus a foreman arrived around 7:00 am; before 4:00 they were gone. The job incuded my house (a two-story colonial style structure), a connected one-story sun porch and breezeway, and a one-car garage. They protected everything with sheeting, and they cleaned as they worked. They swept the porch and raked the yard - everything was cleaner after they left than it was when they got there."

"I had a great experience working with Precision Door and Window. I bought a condo a little over a year ago and during my first winter my floors were cold and the basement frigid. As my first semi major project I wanted to take care this issue. Originally I thought the problem was my basement door and a specific window so I asked for estimate to replace both. I am a retired senior citizen who was out of town when a major windstorm uprooted a tree that landed on my house, putting a hole in the roof, along with tearing down all of the siding, and destroying the Soffitt, Fascia, gutters and downspouts. BBS immediately secured a tarp on the roof to prevent further damage, assessed the situation and presented an estimate for the needed repairs/replacement.
