"Perfect experience. Claimed an Angie's List deal for gutter cleaning. Joe called within the hour and got me on their schedule on the same day. Guys arrived promptly and thoroughly cleaned all of our gutters. There is a steep hill on one side of our house which has prevented other gutter cleaning companies from getting to the gutter over that area, but Joe's crew got up on the roof and cleaned that area, too. They cleaned up well afterwards, as well. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Will definitely have them back in the fall."

"Very responsive and prompt. Power washing was very good. Painting done on exterior porch was done nicely. Only issue was that when cleaning gutters a lot of the debris fell into the landscaping and I had to clean it up later. Our gutters were pretty dirty though. Overall the washing went very well and the paint job was nice."

"Gutters were cleaned well and job was reasonably priced. They thoroughly cleaned the dislodged debris and leaves from the lawn, porch and driveway. After the work was completed, he noted that there were several issues with the gutters and recommended either repairing them or installing a LeafEx system and provided quotes for both. Unfortunately, days later I noticed burn marks in the lawn from what appears to be the hoses that they were using. I'd be cautious in using them again which is disappointing seeing how fast, efficient and professional they were."

"Unfortunately this company has deteriorated over the years. <br /> I am in a position to know as I have used their services for over twenty years- <br /> but never again! The workers and the owner  <br /> were rude, , unwilling to do the job completely and overcharged me. They <br /> refused  to dust clean the screens or the <br /> bottom of the metal window frame (not the inside wooden sill) ; a bit like <br /> going to the car wash and having them refuse to clean your roof or your tires. When I told them I <br /> would be ready for them at the appointed time, they told me if I was not, they <br /> would leave! <br /> - then when they came in the house, I asked to take them <br /> around to show them the various windows and what they needed to do in terms of <br /> particular access etc. The fellow was furious sand said? I don?t have time for <br /> this. I know how to do my job?. <br /> - When I saw them cleaning ,I saw they were not cleaning the <br /> base of the window frame ( not the inside sill) which was filthy. I also saw <br /> that they were not wiping the screens . When I asked them to do that they said <br /> they would charge $3.00 extra to wash the screens and that they don?t clean the <br /> bottom of the window frame! <br /> - Then upstairs, they were unwilling to clean a skylight <br /> window that has been cleaned every year ; and they were unwilling to use a <br /> ladder to clean a higher up window in the studio that has been cleaned every <br /> year. <br />  - When I saw all <br /> this, I called the office and asked to speak to the manager /owner who was <br /> clearly there , but I was told he was not and would have to call  me back. When I called back, I did get to <br /> speak with him ,but I was sorry to have done so: instead of trying to reassure <br /> me , a long time customer, he started to insult me and say that I was the <br /> problem. Too bad that I want the window cleaning company to dust the screens <br /> and clean around the frame and clean the same windows they have cleaned in <br /> years past !He threatened to have his guys walk away from the job and not <br /> finish! <br /> -Then when the job was done they handed me a bill that was <br /> larger than the one the office had said the job would cost. It was only when I <br /> called the office again they the office manager said, no, it was a mistake and <br /> I should only pay what they had quoted me. <br /> - When the worker left, he said don?t call me to come back <br /> next year. I assured him I most certainly would not! <br /> <br /> <br />"
