"I hired Nilton and his company Pro Touch Construction to help completely demolish and renovate my 2BD 2BA 900 sq ft condo when I originally purchased it. The project included: - Complete demo of each room - Kitchen expansion and remodeling - Appliance installation (dishwasher, sink, stove, etc) - Complete remodeling of both bathrooms - Converting a stand up shower in one of the bathrooms to a walk-in shower - Brand new electrical and plumbing work (including installing in-wall speakers throughout the condo) - Install new vinyl flooring - Repainting the entire unit - Etc One of the things that stood out the most for me with Nilton is that he took the time to meet with me (several times) at the condo when I first purchased it. I had spent time designing each room with an interior designer using Pinterest photo albums and other inspiration I had found. But I also had a very fixed budget which not only did he make work but he consulted me on things I should consider to save costs (including going with vinyl flooring vs hardware floors). As shown in the photos, Nilton and his crew completed the project to absolute perfect. I was absolutely blown away with how beautiful my condo looked after he finished the job. And it's been 4 years and I still get compliments to this day from everyone who comes by to visit! Also, some of Nilton's suggestions (e.g. vinyl floors vs hardware floors), helped me save thousands of dollars in the long run. "The process from beginning to end was incredible. Vanny came over and discussed my very general idea of what I was looking to do and helped me make those plans more concrete. The quote he provided was reasonable and the project cost was exactly what was quoted. What stood out to me the most was the quality of work done. No corners were cut - if something was being built from scratch, it was done correctly....if something that was being renovated was less than ideal (existing walls/studs out of plumb, uneven flooring, etc) it was made as correct as possible before the work was done. "In addition to the kitchen, they also remodeled our bathroom. Marco was sensitive to the fact that we only had one bathroom and made sure we were out the facilities for the minimum time possible. Our bathroom remodel was completed with lightning speed which we really appreciated! The kitchen remodel was also speedy. They worked with our requirements for smaller than usual appliances, finding, and even building, cabinets to fit our small kitchen space. Everyone who worked on our projects were very professional, wearing masks and keeping windows open even in the winter months. We're very happy with our new kitchen and bathroom!"

He then build an entire new house construction from scratch, putting together multiple subcontractors, from excavation to framing, engineering, insulation, internal decoration etc. He completed the entire house in record time (7 months).
