The ARS secretaries could take a lesson. They somehow got my phone # and house # wrong! It made for some confusions. Luckily I called them when the serviceman didn't come or call on time. We straightened out the phone # and Manuel had to call me to find the house. Tiny errors make a big difference. Overall, the experience was fine because the service man was so kind and helpful. I will try them again, but check and recheck the details."

He explained everything very well and also looked at my crawlspace and made recommendations on what I could do to keep it dry down there. He ordered my vents and kept me updated on the status and when they came in he let me know and we scheduled the install day. Don (Comfort Air Sales) met with me on a Sunday and checked all of the boxes, with installation being at the top of my list. With my furnace not working the installation crew was here prior to 9am this morning! I can’t say enough good things about the installation as Joe, Thomas, and Jorge got it right (this from “Mr. OCD” who had a lot of questions about location of new PVC vent lines being installed). "Radon Environmental quoted and installed a radon mitigation system including covers for two sump holes. The installer arrived when they indicated that he would and promptly got to work. You could tell the installer knew what he was doing and had all of the tools needed to make the install quick and easy. During and after the install the area was maintained neat and clean. The final product looks well done and we are very happy with the results and the fact the install is hidden from view on the back of the house. The follow up radon test is in process and I look forward to seeing the results. <br />"
