"Love the products! I bought Custom 2 inch wooden blinds embossed, white, and routeless. As well as Woven Woods Roman style shades for my doors. Service was dependable and responsive! I am thankful when the manufacturing Company sent the wrong blinds Michelle never tried to get me to take the ones they delivered. She immediately said, I want you to have the ones you wanted, we will have the manufacturing company rush you the correct blinds! When my Woven Door shades were back ordered I would have liked weekly updates. I'm sure if I had asked for them Michelle would have been more than happy to do that for me! SO that is really on me.
