"This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with any type of contractor. They responded quickly. Everyone I interacted with was very nice. They picked up the table, did the work, and delivered it more quickly than their estimated timetable. And the work far exceeded my expectations. The table is old and had seen many, many years of hard use. They ask lots of specific questions until they understood exactly how I wanted it to look when they were finished. They obviously did the work with great care, adding a some extra stabilization and filling a small hole without detracting from the rustic nature of the piece. Our cherished family table is ready for many more years of use. I look forward to working with Frankenstein Furniture Co. again in the future!!"

"After purchasing an Angie's List Deal, I received the measuring kit in the mail promptly. The template and instructions provided to draw my split table top and each of the leaves were easy to use and understand. I mailed the completed materials and received the table pads very quickly. The table splits in the middle to allow insertion of up to 3 additional leaves. The table also has 2 drop leaves. That's 7 pads. All fit perfectly. I have used them on the table for family parties (not every day) and they're durable and built to last. I keep them in the box they arrived in to protect them when not in use. These are a worthwhile investment."

The furniture has been returned to like new condition. The challenge was immense, and I can't say enough about the quality of the work. "The project went very well. I had been thinking about adding built-ins to the spare room for years and had noticed this company's ads. I happened to be in Westfield one day and just walked into their showroom without an appointment. I was impressed by how quickly I was greeted and how helpful they were in answering questions. Jered came up with some preliminary designs and then, later, Bob came to my house to go over the design and make final adjustments. He was really helpful in scaling the cabinets to my small house and suggesting good choices for the doors, cabinet caps, and hardware. I ordered the cabinets on April 2 and they were installed on June 10. This schedule worked fine for me since I needed to have painting done and carpet removed before that date. The cabinetmakers who installed the cabinets, Enes and Nate, are skilled craftsmen and did a beautiful, meticulous job. The cabinet materials and construction are very high quality and well worth the price. I could have bought free-standing furniture for a similar price, but the built-ins (and the quality) are a real improvement to my house. I also liked using a local company. I can definitely recommend this company."

"He did a very good job of matching the style of the existing cabinetry (simple cottage style with some routing). We also ordered butcher block counter tops, which turned out wonderfully. The hole he cut for the dishwasher was perfect size and he and his crew even made sure the new dishwasher would fit since the unit was sitting nearby anyway. Great work, great experience. I am thinking of having some bathroom remodeling done this fall. Andy will be on the list of bidders for the job."

"It is a waste of money. The great majority of people are not going to find any value out of the service. If you need design consultation, you need a full service consultation. If you already have knowledge and experience, and you just need to get a few ideas, then you don't need to pay for that. You can just get a magazine or a book since you already have the knowledge of basic designs in your head or a little bit of experience. To have someone call you and give you information over the phone, you are not getting the personal service that you need. You may as well take the money $49 and apply it to something else like getting someone else to come out and give you the service that you need. Because, you are not getting much, you are not getting anything at all. They are going to have you do the work. After talking to them and I was talking to other home designers, I found out that that was a waste of time and waste of money. I gave them a C because they didn't fail at what they do but they don't offer any value for what they do. There's not much value to it. The cost was fair. They didn't do a terrible job and the cost isn't terrible, it was only $49. It just has a very low value. For responsiveness I gave them a B because they will answer your phone and answer your emails."

"Awesome to work with and listens to what you want. Communication was awesome. The quality Workmanship is amazing. This young man has talent!!! It would only allowed me to choose one item that they did for usâ ¦.but Iâ ve listed all the rest.. First we had him make all our cabinets for our kitchen and also our 4 bathroom vanities.. While he was at our home installing them, I asked if heâ d ever made a mantel for a fire placeâ ¦.he had not. But said he was willing to learn. Itâ s a corner fireplace so had to also have the wood for the open top. We also challenged him to make a hidden bookshelf door for under our stairway. He had never made one before. He took the challenge and did an amazing job. Once those were completed, we had him do two more hidden doors. One was a double (another challenge) hidden door bookshelf with storage, the other a single hidden door with storage. Then we had him build a pantry closet. We've given their information/business card out to many people. Weâ ll definitely be hiring them again in our next home. We highly recommend them."
