He arrived as promised and provided a very thorough and fair estimate for the work requested, which was re-roofing the house, a garage, an addition and a shed, adding a 27' section of gutter to my garage and replacing two skylights in my addition. I asked them to make this right by pulling off the two unpainted panels and putting in the factory painted ones - The asked for an extra 650 which seems like a lot Before the job the communication was great, lots of pictures, but they did not say Hardie board is likely to break - which would would have gotten me to point out where the spares were After the wrong boards went up they were responsive and polite but not helpful The contract that i signed said they were not responsible for painting any siding, so they were technically right but they left me on my own"

Paul was excellent and visited my house multiple times to discuss options for how to do the job, install additional ventilation where needed, etc. On the day of the work, the crew ran into some unforeseen problems and Paul was able to work through them quickly. They did all of the work in one day. The finished product looks fantastic and they were able to correct some problems I didn't even know I had (e.g., poor attic ventilation in one area).
