During demo/build, the crew was very timely, overly considerate of our house by properly preparing every morning and completely cleaning up every evening so random tools or materials aren’t laying around - something very appreciated by us and definitely contributed to the reduced stress of this project vs other providers. His team’s attention to detail can’t be emphasized enough - his bar is higher than yours, I promise! We couldn’t be happier with how all 3 projects turned out & have already discussed future projects such as windows and deck. "

"The cabinets themselves were very well made, but the process and other aspects of the experience were less than great. Michael didn't pay much attention to the detailed drawings or project parameters provided by the designer, and didn't verify as-built conditions. As a result one of the cabinets was incorrectly sized and some floating shelves I provided were incorrectly installed. Because they hadn’t been included in the original quote, I had to pay an additional fee. Additionally ,communication and adherence to promised schedule and deadlines was inconsistent. Michael is a nice guy and I can tell he’s capable of doing some very good work, but I wouldn’t hire him again based on this experience."

He is amazingly knowledgeable and offered wonderful suggestions about our overall needs as well as the specific job we contacted him about. His colleague, Matt, followed up and actually did the work. He is a remarkable technician, understanding exactly what we needed (in this case cabinet remodeling and replacement) and followed up ensuring that the work was precise and not only met our requirements but also ended up looing better than we had expected. He is meticulous in his work, but also highly sensitive to ensuring that everything he does leaves the area cleaner than when he began.
