My rental unit needed a hardwood repair, I called and was answered right away got a competitive quote based on photos as well as a short lead time to start and finish the work. Greg (the owner) let me know when he was on his way and showed up at the scheduled time. The job took two days to complete and was executed to the highest quality standards. They quickly sent a person to look at the work required, then sent pictures of the repair needed and within minutes I received their quote. I found their quote very reasonable but waited a couple of days to receive other quotes. When I decided to go with NE Flooring, just prior to the busy July 4th weekend, they immediately sent a team to make the repair the next day. They were able to do an outstanding job in repairing the floor and matching the stain on my flooring.
