"We were in the market for a new roof. We got a couple of estimates and American Standard wasn't the lowest but very competitive. I'm sure glad we went with them. They kept us in the loop so we always knew what was going on. They were very professional and polite. The workmanship was excellent and great cleanup. We highly recommend them. "We used JK for our siding project. Andy was great to work with...very respectful, professional, and available to answer questions at any point before, during, or after project completion. Their prices are competitive with the market. The crew was amazing, showing up on time and fully cleaning up when the project was complete. "I had Martino Home Improvements replace my roof back in 2020, which the initial installation had a fair amount of issues ranging from improper tarping of the roof during the installation, which ended up with rain pouring into my house when it rained. Since the repair I have now had leaks and in multiple places along with improper venting, which has meant rusty nails and ice forming on nails, after spending 30k on the replacement they are now looking for another 1,450 to add more venting to fix their install. I am not impressed and wouldn't recommend them."

"Extremely knowledgeable, very friendly service. We told them we had a leak. They came out, inspected and gave us a reasonable quote. Since it was going to rain before they could get to the job they came out and patched all the holes they could and covered areas that needed covering. On the day of work they diligently covered everything with tarp around the outside and put protective boards up around the windows. Am I able to complete my small Royal oak bungalow in 3 and 1/2 hours?."
