He left the ball in my court on what I wanted to do without pushing for a sale. I opted to replace both springs and cables on either side of the door with his recommendation. The price was in the ballpark of what I was expecting, and I wanted it done quickly (they came out by 9 am the next day after calling them at 5:30 pm the night before). My old experienced overhead door repairman could of fixed in an hour but he's gone. Dangerous work but I needed it fixed so I did it myself. Never saw new cables nor ace nor a bill which is fine."
