"Very professional courteous and prompt. I would have ranked them 5 out of 5 on all accounts except this concern I have. I was told the replacement oven control board was ordered new, not a refurbished one but I did not get a satisfactory answer regarding warranty on the board. I was told it will 30 days but give them a call if something goes wrong. I was expecting something in writing on the receipt or separately. Makes me wonder if I got a new part or a factory refurbished one for the price of new."

He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."
