Shaun (the forman) was in constant communication with me throughout the entire process of rebuilding. He didn't just explain in words, he took time to visually point out the areas this construction would be addressing and what I should expect. Shaun was clear and concise in describing what was being done and answering all of my questions (which was many). The entire process, including the work ethic of this 4-man team, was conducted in a very professional manner. A grusome task, while keeping a friendly, personable demeanor throughout. Hoping I never have to have such foundation work ever done again, but will certainly call Mount Valley again, if I do!"

"This company was recommended by a neighbor who was very pleased with their work. A tech came out and gave us information on the units they sell and explained them all. We set a date for install and they were prompt in arrival and had the job completed in two days. We were very pleased with the professionalism of the workers and the units we had put in. The day after the unit was completed, I had a problem with the thermostat and the tech was out immediately to take care of the problem.We've had the units a year now, and can't rave enough about having a Trane. The house keeps even heat and cooling throughout, which is great since we have an open loft on the second floor, which had been stifling in the summer and cold in the winter. "One day our water (which was previously pristine) began to run cloudy. At the same time our water pressure became almost non-existent. A-1 (Travis Franklin) came out the same day I called. Once he looked at the white sandy sediment coming out of the taps, he suspected a cracked well casing and damage therefrom. After running a camera down the well, I could see it was obviously leaking from a large crack....which he set about repairing with specialized cement. We kicked around several options, but my attitude is get the work done one time, the right way. At 550 feet down, this was not childs play. Upon pulling up the piping and pump, said pump was completely clogged with this white muck (no wonder we had no water). Since it was already nearly 20 years old, we opted to replace it. We also had the wiring (550 ft) replaced because it had become frayed over the years and while we could have patched it....we felt it was worth the considerable expense to replace it. That done, we looked at the two water pressure tanks, both of which turned out to be completely saturated with that white sand and literally unusable (once the pressure bladder is gone, they're worthless). Next was flushing out my five bathroom houses water system (including the water heater). That white composite was in everything....what a mess. Travis replaced the tanks with slightly larger tanks and had to re-plumb a bit of the distribution system. He then flushed out all water to get the last of the sediment until our piping ran clear....refilled the house......and done. He and his helper did an outstanding job and I wholeheartedly recommend his service."

"The men came back the next day to complete the repairs to our well pump. They surveyed again what the problem was and communicated with us the whole time. Upon our permission they would complete that repair. We found this company to be very professional and the men were very accommodating and personable. They were here for most of the day and upon finishing the job they came to let us know they were leaving and that everything they tested worked . <br /> This company will get our business again in the future. "Mr. Gross, the electrician, arrived early on the Labor Day holiday morning even when we had not established a specific time to meet and surveyed my requirement for a new circuit for the outdoor spa. He left to go pickup a weather-proof switch which was required by code and returned quickly. He immediately set to work stringing the probably 50 feet of wiring underneath the house and up to the gazebo where the spa is located. He installed the circuit breaker, wire, weather proof switch and connected it to the spa in probably less than 1 hour. All of the outside wiring was installed according to NEC and attached underneath the gazebo in a very professional, workman-like manner. I could not ask for better workmanship or more professional work. I have additional things I need down and will not hestiate to call on Quality Electric again in the near future. <br />"
