"I had this guy come by for a quote. He quoted me $450 to repair roof. After his bank issues and no reply back? I called left a msg to cancel job. He showed up unannounced and made repairs without any explanation as to what he did. Roof continued to leak so I had to get roof completely redone (15k) by another company. Never heard from him again until he sent new invoice which was now $250 giving what he called a $200 discount. I took pictures of what he did which was basically a tube of asphalt caulk over exposed nails and areas. In my head? maybe $50 worth of service. I will write the check this week to close this account but will not be using Angi again thanks for nothing."

"We recently had a deck built around our pool by Loft Remodeling and Architectural Salvage, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Mike was incredibly skilled and brought a high level of professionalism to the job. The work was completed in a timely manner, and it’s clear that he takes pride in the quality of his craftsmanship. He was also very knowledgeable and guided us through the entire process with confidence and clarity. Highly recommended for anyone looking for top-notch work and a smooth experience!
