"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Unfortunately he was unable to help me part was out of production"

"After no luck with other repair places, I called AmTech Appliance Service (AmTech) and left a message. Melissa called me back within ten minutes. She asked the make, model and age of my refrigerator and let me know it was an older LG brand which AmTech no longer services (too many issues with LG). Melissa let me know the problem was most likely my compressor and an approximate cost of a new compressor. I appreciate the kindness, helpfulness and empathy Melissa showed. Although no repair was scheduled, I was given very helpful advice on brands to consider for my soon to be purchased new refrigerator. I will be calling AmTech for any appliance repair in the future."

"The lovely woman on the phone was able to get me scheduled for a next day appointment. The repair technician showed up exactly when scheduled and was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to quickly and accurately diagnose the issue. Furthermore, he was very upfront and honest about the price. I will be using their service for all of my future appliance repair needs."
