Most importantly, Sam, Anthony and project manager Adryan were on site every day coordinating the work and reachable within a moment's notice. In a very short three and a half weeks in August, the Universal team completed the complex plan.  New Pennsylvania fieldstone masonry work at the base of the home was installed first, including a new retaining wall.  A brand new timber tech rear deck was built.  Twelve new windows were installed.  All new James Hardie siding was installed and a substantial nine by twelve foot front portico completely transformed the front of the home.  Large scale reno is inexorably daunting, but the Universal team was communicative throughout the process. Meteor gave me a good roof price and a great price for each sheet of wood. They also agreed that if the number of sheets went over 20 they would cover the additional amount. Guess what happened, the roofing project required 64 sheets, and Meteor Home Remodeling was true to their word; they did not charge me a dime extra, that is what I call integrity.
