"They came today and were here for 10 minutes. I assume that they did the job I hired them to do, but since I did not get on a ladder to check my gutters, I don't know what kind of job they did on a 2500 square foot house in 10 minutes. They cleaned up and took a small amount of trash with them. I don't know how to give this service a rating."

"After hiring a few pest control companies that claimed they could eliminate the bats in our attic and having the bats return, I found the listing for Wildlife Control Specialists on Angie's list. After reading all the reviews, I called Joe, who explained in great detail everything you would ever need to know about bats and how they specialized in handling the problem. Tim came out to the house in January and explained the process and then went up on the roof and identified every possible entry point and documented them with photos which he showed me. He then explained that they would be back in the Spring to patch all but a few holes to give the bats an exit from the attic through installed one way bat tunnels, and after a few weeks would come back to seal the remaining exits. I was supplied with a detailed proposal with photos of all the potential entry points and a detailed description of the work that would be done. Tim was here for hours making sure everything was sealed. He was great to deal with and I even got to meet his 4 legged helper - Yaal who made herself at home in our yard. For anyone who has a bat problem, don't waste your time of money on hiring anyone other than Wildlife Control Specialists."

"They did a great job. They've been good. They've been very efficient and cost effective, and they're able to come in anytime in between if there is a problem. I think the price was very good. I think their quality was very good as well. They also provide a lot of information about, rodents and pest control. I haven't had any issues with them getting in touch, and they give me notice when they're supposed to come about a week in advance. They call to confirm. That's been fine. They give me a range in which they would come, if there's any issues with that we just change it. So that's been nice. They've been good. I have not had any issues with them. The people that come are very good."

I found out it is difficult to get rid of yellow jackets unless you know exactly where they have build a nest.  One problem was a paper wasp nest had appeared on my front porch.  I alerted the workers to this upon our first meeting and then discussion.  However, after they had finished, I found the paper wasp nest had not been treated.  The firm provided a new worker the next day, but I was charged an additional $50, which was fair, since the original pest control was for yellow jackets. <br />"

"Todd/Delsea is the most upstanding, honest, competent, professional exterminator or service contractor of any kind that I have ever encountered. We were told by another group that we had bed bugs. Todd/Delsea was scheduled to treat my house for $2,000. Prior to treating, he thoroughly inspected all furniture and fabrics in the house again and advised that we did not have bed bugs, despite our readiness to pay him $2,000 to treat the house. Most others would have said we are safer getting the treatment (knowing we don't need it) or making up a sighting of a bug carcass or the like, but Todd/Delsea was honest. It was so deeply appreciated. I cannot recommend them enough. I will be using Todd/Delsea for all my pest control needs moving forward and will be urging everyone I know to do the same. Five stars!"

"George Massoud of NJ Pest Defense did an EXCELLENT JOB. He was very informative, punctual, and knowledgeable in his field. From the phone call to the actual appointment he gets an A PLUS!! He explained in detail what he saw,.. looked in all areas inside and outside my home and suggested exactly what I needed. He explained everything he was doing to rid my home of the animals and also explained the bait traps and items bait used assured me they were SAFE and EFFECTIVE.
