I used a gravel base and a drainage pipe as recommended. The end result looks professional, and the wall has stayed solid after several storms. "I asked them to honor their five-year warranty when their cement was falling apart after two years, they agreed, but then they backed out and now they have just told me to leave them alone and stop texting them. You cannot trust this company. They'll give you a 5 year warranty because they know they have no intention of honoring it. I have been calling and texting this company for months. I had to harass them to get a text from them. Then they insisted I show them the contract before they would honor it. I would think they have a copy. Fortunately, we have the contract and I sent them a copy. We paid $4000 for the exceptionally crappy work they did at my house. They gave us a 5 year warranty in writing, but now refuse to honor it and used the excuse that they don't have enough workers to do the work and they are only willing to refund $2500 of the $4000 I paid for them to make everything look horrible. See my pictures. This company is a joke and the DO NOT HONOR THEIR 5 YEAR WARRANTY "
