"It started off fine. I started seeing cracks in the driveway. I saw the first one on February 13th, that one lead to the garage. Then I started seeing more cracks and this is on the area of the new concrete that was replaced. This is an area I do not drive on. This is the area of the driveway closest to my home. I called them three times. The first time there was no answer. The second time I got a response and called the private number from the receptionist. The third time I spoke to the owner who in turn said I needed to have the driveway sealed for a cost of $800.00, additional to what I had already spent. It was a verbal estimate over the phone. He then sent the bid out that stated the $800.00 on paper. I called them back one more time and have not received a response. I have called them due to the number of cracks increasing on my driveway."

Unlike with other "big name" companies, I felt comfortable with their diagnosis. Windy City Rooter does all their own work, they don't contract out anyone else (one of Max's sons is in charge of the excavating). Therefore they know everything that is going to get done, how much it will cost, and how long it will take. They dug up the sewer, replaced it, sealed our walls, and cleaned up all in one day as I was at work. Max was phone call or text away, keeping me updated on the entire process. In addition he also helped by talking directly to our insurance adjuster to ensure we could get some money for the damages. Windy City Rooter is a highly experienced family run business and it is obvious that their goal is to make the customer happy. I will use them for all my future plumbing needs."

"It went fast.  They tore the roof and gutters off in half a day.  If it wasn't for the fact that there was a dumpster in our drive...I would not have known they tore the roof off. The yard was picked up everyday before they left.   The 2nd day the roof was put on.  The 3rd day by 3pm everything was done and the yard was picked up and the dumpster removed.
