"We has a sewer back up in the basement late Thursday night.  Dirty water was everywhere. <br /> Donny came to my home Friday afternoon and looked at the basement to determine what was needed.  He told me he could have a team at my home to do the clean up the very next morning.  The three person team came over Saturday morning as planned and went to work.One member of the team worked with me to save as much of our belongings as possible, while the others worked on decontaminating the basement.  They were very helpful, patient and professional.  They worked diligently all day.  They came back on Monday morning to remove the damaged drywall and set up the huge dehumidifier and fan the fully dry the basement.  They came back this morning to check that everything was fully dry and take back their equipment.   <br /> <br /> My basement went from a disaster area that stunk to being super clean and smelling very good!"

"We returned home from vacation to find cracks in drywall in two rooms. We had used Mudslingers in the past. Chris came over the next day and worked us into his schedule a couple of days later. The drywall was not loose or otherwise damaged. The crew mudded and taped then came back to sand and do final mudding. After it dried and was sanded they matched the texture and paint so well that it is impossible to see the repairs. They were courteous and professional at all times. They carefully moved furniture and put down plastic to protect floors and carpet. They even removed their shoes when entering the house to avoid tracking in snow and dirt. "It was fine, he came on time and evaluated the basement area for moisture.  I was concerned about a long crack down the wall, but he assured me that no water was coming through and provided a waterproof material to seal the crack.  He finished, cleaned up the area, and left.  He was very personable and professional. <br />"

"This was an AngiesList Big Deal I think for $99, but I paid a bit more <br /> for the 1/2 room (a 4-room package) & some extra (allergy-related?) additive.  Service guy was not pushy about <br /> extras, and very fast in doing the work. Two things -1) soon afterwards <br /> my carpet (sort of industrial-style) rose up away from the floor in <br /> parallel ripples a couple inches high.  I was alarmed and called the <br /> owner, Jon.  He had heard of this happening before, said to wait another <br /> day or two, that it should recede back again.  He was right and <br /> everything looked perfect in 3 days.  2-3 stains from cat throw-up <br /> (lighter in color) did reappear in a few weeks, but I hear from others, <br /> this reappearance is common even with a good cleaning.  I could have <br /> opted for "tough stain removal" addition, but did not.  Maybe next time. <br />"

"They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."
