"Joe did a very good job on my garage, however I am having a very difficult time getting a receipt from joe (per my insurance company?s request). I?ve been reaching out to Joe for over a month to get the paperwork needed but is unsuccessful. Very bad for business and I will not use Joe again for this reason. I was going to hire Joe to do work on my home but due to this issue will be going with another contractor. I am basically writing to let everyone know that you should get your formal receipt before giving Joe your last payment "
