"Jim went above and beyond. We were on a short timeline because of inspection deadlines. I called on Friday evening expecting to leave a message, but Jim picked up and talked o me at length about our issues and options. He made room in his schedule to come out as soon as the utilities were marked and spent hours in the rain looking for all the system components. He answered all questions thoroughly and provided multiple suggested solutions. He even came out again the next day at no charge to finish the inspection because we weren’t able to locate a second tank on the first day. Highly recommend, and will use them for future work!"
