The sales rep was not pushy and took her time to explain the differences in floors. She worked with her manager to get me answers she was not sure of and helped me get the best pricing. Jean called me with information about getting ready for the installers, called me again when the install team was on the way and checked with me when the job was done. Daryl called me to let me know they were on their way we’re very professional and informed me on how they install would go. They did an excellent job and when finished they cleaned up their mess and thanked me for choosing ReFloor. During the entire process I had only one little hiccup, but the customer relations manager handled it promptly and matter was quickly resolved. I would recommend ReFloor to anyone wanting flooring installed. The entire team is courteous, professional and excellent to deal with!"
