The contract was signed on a Friday afternoon, and Mike was immediately on the phone ordering materials and setting up delivery for Monday, scheduling the project for Tuesday, with gutter install on Wednesday (in high winds). "Excellent! James met with me to examine my roof, and then came out again to meet with me and the insurance adjuster. He explained the process before I ever signed anything, from the City's requirements to cleanup. Once the work started, my older neighbor across the street would come outside and check out the work being done, and he was really impressed with how thorough the work crew was at tearing off my old roof and completely cleaning the debris before they started installing the new roof. The crew was polite, and James checked the work throughout the day. From the first time James came to the house until the roof was installed, the entire process took 5 weeks. "There were several roofing companies in our neighborhood prior to us getting our roof checked out. I mention this because our project was complete months before the other roofing companies even began work on the other homes in the neighborhood! After contacting our insurance company, Trek came out inspected our roof, gave us a comprehensive evaluation and made all the recommendations for our situation. An install date was set and as promised, the crew was there on time. They worked tirelessly into the late evening, which surprised me because we thought they would come back the next day to finish.
