"Our hot water heater went out recently. It was 12 years old, so we knew we needed a new one. It took quite a bit of research to find a reputable company that didn’t have exorbitant prices. Other businesses told us things like: we needed all new pipes. (We didn’t.) A new hot water heater would be $3,000 to $5,000 plus labor on the of that. Special note: the GFCI outlet wasn’t a simple swap-out. Nate had to cut into the trim for that installation, which he did incredibly cleanly and precisely.
