"Apple Remodeling installed a roof on my house and the experience went flawless. From the initial quote through install, Phil, Katie and Christian were all super to work with. The crew was on time and diligently worked through the summer heat completing the project on time. My roof looks great, and my neighbors like it to. Awesome company to work with."

"Workmanship was excellent, as I had 2 sets of shingles on my roof and they did an excellent job removing my old roofs and installing the new roof!"

"Working with Shawn from Lane Roofing was fantastic. He walked me through every step of the process, addressing all my concerns and ensuring the asphalt shingle installation was done perfectly. His expertise and friendly demeanor made the whole experience stress-free and I'd definitely recommend him and Lane Roofing to anyone in need of roofing services."

Excellent communication, follow-up, work ethic, and customer service! Everyone - from beginning to end - was kind, professional, and punctual. I highly recommend Yellowfin Roofing."

"If you need roofing work, do not hesitate to call this company. They are very professional and efficient. I highly recommend them."

"The experience of having a roof installed on a home that is attached to a neighbor has all the pitfalls that could negatively affect your relationship with your neighbor. As well as affecting the other neighbors because parking is at a premium at this city location. Paddys eliminated those pitfalls by performing in such an efficient manner that the work performed was accomplished in a single day minimizing the pain to our neighbors. As for the quality of the workmanship, Joses crew was as professional as they come. They were polite and responsive to my requests. Also Brian the QC inspector was professional in performing his oversite to ensure me that my neighbors home was as good or better than when the roof work was started. Matt the project manager was quick to respond to whatever I asked of them. These individuals demonstrated Paddys customer-focused culture and professionalism in all aspects of their job, be it workmanship, communication, or customer service. The overall experience was performed flawlessly and met or exceeded my expectations."

"Bright Side gets a 5 star rating. They had good reviews from a few people I knew in the area. They have very fast, professional and courteous workers and used high quality GAF roofing rated for 50 years and 130 Mile per hour winds. The roof looked great. Roof replacement was completed quickly and professionally in one day. The crew did a good job of cleaning up the old shingles. They also used a large wheeled magnet to retrieve the fallen nails from the old roof around the house. I do my own lawn and shrubbery maintenance and nothing was damaged. I also have grand children who play around the house and in my shrubbery. Not having to watch for nails was a great relief. I was told that this crew was one of their best and fastest. That was very reassuring. They replaced bad porch roof rafters and plywood roofing as I requested with Matt, the site manager. They did a good job. No leaks in several two day rain periods. The entire roof Fascia was removed and changed to PVC board fascia by the Bright Side carpenters at my request. I furnished the PVC Fascia to replace the aging wood Fascia that would no longer hold the gutter nails or a paint job. I am getting too old to enjoy these house painting joys. The Bright Side carpenters did a professional job installing the new PVC Fascia. I was pleasantly surprised in that at no additional cost, the carpenters used special screws to attach the fascia boards instead of nails making the installation more solid. The old gutters were extremely long and difficult to remove to replace the Fascia.  The backs of the longer gutters were no longer straight. Looking at them with Dave the Manager, I decided to replace the gutters as he recommended. Re-use of the old gutters would cause leaks and streaks on the new very white Fascia boards. I am pleased I decided to also replace the gutters. Brand new white gutters on brand new white PVC fascia boards made the house look sharp giving great contrast under the new roof. I almost do not recognize the old house. It looks so new."

"Jordan Taylor was our rep and did an outstanding of explaining the entire process to us, including how to submit the roof replacement to insurance due to a wind storm. He was super responsive for every question, and he personally got our HOA approval, then walked it through the town govt to get the permit! On the day of installation, his team worked efficiently and quickly, and our roof was completed by late afternoon, including full and thorough cleanup. Jordan came back the next day to walk the property to make sure all garbage was picked up. Economy Restoration will also provide a Quality Control person to go up on the roof for the final inspection, which really gives us a secure feeling. Our roof is amazing, along with the entire process and the pricing is very fair. I highly recommend Jordan and Economy Restoration!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We couldn’t be happier with Grand Exteriors, especially Ari T. From the start, Ari was responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful with both our roofing project and insurance claim. She attended the adjuster inspection, documented everything, and worked with Grand Exteriors’ project manager to help us secure approval for a full roof replacement after State Farm initially pushed back. Ari brought samples to our home, helped us choose CertainTeed Landmark ClimateFlex shingles in Burnt Sienna, and stayed in constant contact throughout the process. The roof looks beautiful, the crew was careful with our landscaping, and cleanup was excellent. We were so impressed that we are hiring Grand Exteriors again for our four-season addition, including roofing, siding, soffit, and gutters. Great quality, fair pricing, and excellent service. If you’re in Blaine or Anoka County, I highly recommend Grand Exteriors. Ask for Ari T. She’s your go-to!"
