Whenever I called (several times over a few-week period), I got voicemail. It almost always took two calls or two emails to get a response to a question. I paid $199 for three hours of work, which was just enough to get three broken panes replaced with new glass that I has to supply myself (precut to correct sizes). Based on my quotes from other repair services, I saved about $75."

I am very fussy and have been known to sack contractors for doing a terrible job, or being late, I am also a Realtor for Sotheby's so I recognize good quality. Mr Hernandez was lovely on the phone, easy to book, the guys were great, they turned up on time, finished on time, cleaned up after themselves, didn't make a mess cleaning their brushes and did an outstanding painting job. They did 2 bedrooms and the staircase and it took 2 days. I highly recommend them and they will be back to paint the rest of the house soon and I will recommend them to my clients. Finding good workmanship is hard to find in this city and I am pleased to say, I have found good painters.

No one showed or bothered to call. I went through some difficulty tracking them down and was told to leave a message. Got no call back until I called an Angie's List rep. Then I got an appointment for the following week. The two workers did an excellent job.
