"Elements approached us for an inspection for possible hail damage due to regional hail damage.  After identifying probable sufficient damage for insurance coverage, they coordinated with our insurance company, State Farm, whose adjuster confirmed sufficient damage.  Because a number of homes in the area were being reroofed by them, we had a couple of months wait; however, there were no immediate leaks or reason for rush, so this was no problem.  The work was done in the course of about 3 days, tho most of the work was done in one day, with the second and third days having to do with finishing up and details, such as the gutters and downspouts.   <br /> The only suggestion I would have regarding them and probably other roofers is for better cleanup  and for greater care in the removal of the old shingles and roofing materials:  these materials are generally shoveled and cast off the roof to land on the yard and driveway below (having worked as a roofer at one point, this is really the only way to handle such material).  However, two things can happen.  One is that shrubbery can be damaged, which did occur with one small bush, and the other is that one will keep finding bits and pieces of material for a long time.  I didn't notice the bush damage for some time.  I am sure that Elements would have replaced it had I alerted them, though. <br />"
