He also painted the entire frame and replaced some additional wood that we damaged at top of frame and caulked it all. Also had a basement door frame sanded and repainted. (This was facilitated by their current call being in our area.) "They were running behind on another job so they started our job 1 day late. The disturbing part was that I got the original phone msg that they would be there as scheduled but I didn't get the next one telling me that they would be one day later...nevertheless, they arrived bright and early the second day, the workers were very professional, and they handled my house very well as far as putting down plastic where they walked. The job turned out very nice. They completed the work today and we can't run any water in the tub or sinks yet, but barring anything unforeseen, I am extremely satisfied with the outcome. It really is pretty! I think it will be much easier to keep the tub clean now that it's resurfaced. The cost was much much better than getting the fitter over the old tub also! Very nice job!

"Steve arrived on time, inspected the roof, and did spot repairs. He then showed us before-and-after photos as well as photos of issues, and he gave non-pressure, informed explanations/suggestions. Considering the cost of a roof and consequences of roof problems, this seemed like a worthwhile investment, both for for the spot repairs and the assessment. I appreciated his efforts."

"They called me on the same day I placed the request on Angies List and set up an appointment to repair the drywall the very next morning. I included a detailed description of the scope of work, this was all confirmed again over the phone. I needed someone to patch up a hole that was roughly 14-18" in diameter. I let them know I had some of the materials - plaster, tape, board - but they used their own. They gave me the option of also sanding and painting which would have extended the scope of work for additional hours (allowing for drywall to dry before painting the ceiling) . I opted out of that to save a little bit of money since I have other renovation costs, but I am glad they gave me that option. Handyman arrived on time, moved and covered the furniture, and taped a barrier around the work space. He told me he would be finished around 11-11:30am, which was accurate. Overall, very easy to work with, reasonable. I plan to hire them again for a few other similar repairs."

"Scheduling was an issue due to rain so the work took place over a 3 week period.  Although the manager says they did apply sealant after the power-washing and replacement of some boards, the wood really doesn't appear to have been sealed. I do need to say that the individual who performed the power-washing was very professional and did an excellent job.  A different technician replaced the boards and supposedly applied the sealant."
