I had just removed an old satellite dish from the roof, and there were several roof penetrations that were left open as well as a soft spot where water had penetrated underneath the dish. Materials were dropped off, the repairman showed up on schedule, and the work was done better than expected. I had commented that I didn't care about marching the existing roof asphalt shingles due to it being on a concealed side of my home, and they matched it perfectly anyways. Excess material was picked up the next day and the job site was left clean. "
