"The work Premier Roofing did on our house was roof shingle replacement.  Our contact person was David, one of the company?s Project Managers.  In all our interactions ? from the initial phone conversation to the final check-over after the job was done ? David was very friendly, interactive, and professional.  He feely gave us valuable information about what is involved in a roofing job and what are the important issues to consider when deciding what to do.  He answered all our questions in ways that reflected honesty and integrity.  At no time did we feel any undue pressure to choose Premier Roofing to do the work and he was extremely patient when we had to delay the job due to unforeseen circumstances. "After a severe thunderstorm in our area we happened to notice that night that a large amount of water was on the floor in several rooms of our home. We spent a lot of time on cleanup but worried about what caused the flooding especially with more rain in future forecasts. I didnâ  t know any roofing proâ  s in town so I used the internet to search and located Cypress Roofing and read the positive feedback. I called Cypress early the next morning (Friday) and they were able to arrange a roof inspection within two hours or so. Cypress Sales Rep Camden Jones soon arrived and conducted a thorough inspection and found no damage to the roof that would have caused the flooding. Camden then searched for a possible cause and located several entry points for water that were obscured by the landscaping that I was unaware of but will address with my landscape guy. Camden refused to charge for any of the inspection and the whole experience was professional and positive and should I experience any roofing issues in the future I will be contacting Cypress Roofing. I love great service and I recommend that you do the same."
